About Me

I was fortunate to grow up in the beautiful Perth hills of Western Australia. Having a passion for art at an early age I was accepted into an art program at Kalamunda Senior High School. After completing three years I then left to further my studies at T.A.F.E. followed by a period of time doing graphic Art.

After spending some time travelling I took some time out to get married and have children. Three children later I decided it was time to rediscover my love of art.

I had my first Solo Exhibit in1999 at the Hills Art Gallery in Kalamunda with Great success which I then followed by exhibiting in a number of local exhibits. From this I received a number of commissions which proved very successful.

I have also a member of the Pastel society of Western Australia which I enjoy immensely.

In 2004 I moved from the hills to the coast where I now live. Being very fortunate I have been able to build my dream studio which overlooks the ocean. This is where I teach Art to many of my students whose ages ranging from 5 year olds through to retiree's . Recently I have had a very successful solo exhibit at the Blender Gallery in Joondalup and currently have a few pieces of work at various galleries around Perth.

My next exhibit is a joint one with fellow artist Trisha Abbott on the 22nd of January 2007 at the Blender Gallery, Central Walk Joondalup.
